Chad is one of the founding partners of Lynx and works in all areas of the business. Prior to the formation of Lynx, Chad was a Regional Vice President of multiple FBO’s for Landmark Aviation where he led a team of operational excellence and business improvement while being recognized for exceptional customer service and safety. Prior to joining Landmark Aviation, Chad was a Regional Vice President with Atlantic Aviation and as a General Manager for Trajen FBO Network upon entry into the industry in 2004. Chad’s prior background and experience in airport management provides a unique perspective in the industry amongst airport partners and users. Chad received a B.A. in Aviation Management and flight training from Southern Illinois University.
Tyson is one of the founding partners of Lynx and works in all areas of the business. Prior to the formation of Lynx, Tyson was a Regional Vice President of multiple FBOs for Landmark Aviation where he led a team that developed a strong reputation for customer service, safety, employee development, quality, and community. Tyson also worked as a Vice President of Business Development for Landmark helping redesign the company integration plan and participating in the acquisition and transition of 25 locations and over 700 employees. Prior to joining Landmark, Tyson worked with Atlantic Aviation as Regional Director of Operations, Regional Manager, and General Manager. Tyson began his aviation career as a line service technician for Trajen FBO Network in 1995. Tyson received a BBA from Sam Houston State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt joined the Lynx FBO team in March 2017. Prior to joining Lynx, he served as the Chief Growth Officer for PASSUR Aerospace, a leading business intelligence and predictive analytics company serving the aviation industry. Before joining PASSUR, Matt was the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development for Landmark Aviation, where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, external financing, day-to-day business analytics and the execution of several organic growth strategies. At Landmark, Matt also held responsibility for a number of M&A, RFP and divestiture projects including the ultimate sale and transition of Landmark to BBA Aviation. Preceding his work at Landmark, Matt served as the Vice President and Treasurer for Cardtronics, Inc. and began his professional career as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers. Matt received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Dartmouth College and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Leslie is responsible for developing and implementing HR programs that support the Lynx culture of investing in employees, providing a rewarding customer experience, operational excellence, and unsurpassed safety. She believes in creating an environment where employees feel valued and understand how their individual efforts contribute to the organization’s goals. The result is a team that is engaged and invested in the Company’s success. Prior to the formation of Lynx, Leslie was the Vice President of Human Resources for Landmark Aviation where she collaborated with operations to significantly improve the organization’s talent management practices, employee relations, HRIS systems and processes, and employee benefits. While at Landmark, Leslie led HR diligence and post-close integration on over $400m in acquisitions, 1100 employees, and 25 locations. Leslie also leverages past leadership positions in multi-industry and multi-location organizations such as Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Bank of America, and G&K Services.
